Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO of Wellness for Life, Igor offers unique expertise in working with local governments, educational institutions, and insurance brokers and carriers. Through this expertise, Igor helped position Wellness for Life as one of the leading employee health service providers to municipalities, school districts and public employee unions.

Prior to his current role with Wellness for Life, Igor worked as a Management Consultant, specializing in healthcare strategy, service line expansion, acquisition of physician practices, and market analysis. Igor’s professional experience in healthcare also includes primary care practice management and operations improvement with the VA Hospital Administration.

Igor earned an MBA and a Masters’ in Health Management and Policy from the University of Iowa. Prior to his career in healthcare, Igor served in the United States Army in various leadership and intelligence roles and helped develop a diplomatic relationship and exchange program between FEMA, the U.S. National Guard, and Russian Federal Emergency Services – at the time the only cooperative military program between the two nations. In addition to his civilian education, Igor is a graduate of the U.S. Army Officer Candidate School.

As the COO of Wellness For Life, Justin is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. In this role, he has helped establish Wellness For Life as a respected employer-based on-site and direct primary care clinic management company, both regionally and nationwide.

Prior to joining Wellness For Life, Justin held several executive positions in various companies related to technology, banking, real estate and general business consulting where he focused on developing business strategies, driving execution, incorporating technology and setting best practices.

Justin’s forte lies in streamlining operational processes with measurable results by leveraging technology, data and human resources to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.

Dr. Kayur Patel

Our operating model is based on Dr. Patel’s vision of successful alignment between employers, patients, on-site medical staff, and community physicians that improves health outcomes for patients, distributes medical resources more effectively, and reduces employers’ overall healthcare expenditures.

Dr. Patel is a result-oriented Business & Healthcare Leader with over two decades of experience in the Healthcare Industry. Formerly Senior Vice President of TeamHealth and a Chief Medical Officer of a Midwest hospital, Dr. Patel is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, American College of Physician Executives, and American College of Emergency Physicians.

A practicing physician with extensive experience in internal and emergency medicine, his forte lies in aligning physicians and hospital leaderships for successfully converting the challenges of healthcare reforms into opportunities for community, physicians and hospitals. Dr. Patel is a nationally-recognized authority and a national speaker on the subject of quality in healthcare. He currently serves as consultant to KEPRO, the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for more than 30 states.

Amber McGrannahan

Vice President of Operations

As Senior Clinic Operations Manager, Amber oversees HR, project management, clinic management, wellness and the quality control teams.  She is responsible for all provider recruiting and credentialing and assists in the supervision and evaluation of staff.

In 2012, Amber joined Wellness For Life as a member of the original staff at our first clinic.  Shortly thereafter she moved to the central office and has helped develop quality control, supply management, and clinic management.  She plays a key role in the opening and operating all of our medical clinics.

Prior to joining Wellness For Life, Amber was a medical assistant, and has over ten years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Having joined Wellness For Life four years ago, Brian was instrumental in helping us achieve the growth and the success we enjoy today. Brian’s is responsible for Client Services, Direct Primary Care sales, and Patient Outreach initiatives.

Over the years, Brian has built a reputation for initiative and leadership. Our outstanding client retention track record – one of our industry’s best – was only made possible by Brian’s enduring dedication to the organization and to his clients.

Brian is a business and sales professional with over 25 years of experience across a broad range of industries.

Tricia Stanley, DNP

Tricia Stanley, DNP

Director of Clinical Operations

As a nurse practitioner who holds dual board certifications in Adult and Family health, Tricia plays a key role in the development and implementation of operational procedures and clinical protocols. She is also responsible for developing policies and clinical guidelines to help direct the quality of care our patients receive. Tricia assists in the recruitment, training, supervision and evaluation of medical staff as well as provides direction for clinical process improvement.

Tricia has over 15 years of clinical experience. She completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Primary Care from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN. While at Vanderbilt, her doctoral work focus was on COPD. Her work was published in The Journal for Nurse Practitioners, and she was also selected to present her research at Vanderbilt’s School of Nursing Annual Research Day in 2011.

She has served as a preceptor for nurse practitioners for Indiana Wesleyan University, Ball State University, Purdue University and Indiana State University for nurse practitioner students. Tricia was awarded the Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Clinical Preceptor at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Nichole Nassif, DNP

Senior Director of Quality and Performance

As Senior Director of Quality and Performance, Nichole’s focuses on identifying areas for process improvement, cost containment, financial risk management, as well as integration of innovative technologies and their applications to the clinicians’ daily practice.  Nichole assists with clinical support efforts, tools, and data analysis to ensure the highest clinical quality outcomes, clinician resources, and decision making.

Nichole brings over 15 years of clinicial experience in internal medicine, rheumatology, dermatology, primary care, health promotion and disease prevention, Medicare, Medicaid, marketplace, and quality and performance for population health.

A Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Nichole completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Radford University Waldron College of Health and Human Services, Roanoke, VA.
